REAL ESTATE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AUCTION DATE: SATURDAY, AUGUST 19, 2008 @ NOON 221 E. MOODY AVENUE, NEW CASTLE, PA. 16101 AUCTION TO BE HELD ON-SITE REGISTRATION AND DOWN PAYMENT: All bidders are required to register prior to the beginning of the auction. Registration starts 60 minutes prior to the auction sale. In order to register, a bidder must show cash, cashier’s/bank/ certified check, or company check with bank letter in the amount of $25,000 on the day of the auction sale. Any certified/bank/ cashier’s check should be made payable to the Bidder’s name. If the bidder is successful, the check will be endorsed to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services at knockdown and will be held as the earnest money deposit until the settlement. If the Bidder is not successful, he/she can then negotiate the check back into their own account because it was made payable to the Bidder’s name.SALE PROCEDURE: The property will be sold to the highest bidder, for cash, SUBJECT TO THE CONFIRMATION OF THE SELLING OWNER.
